The old site aesthetic desperately needed to realign with the sleek and sophisticated CNP brand.
We threw out the clinician-white setting and instead set the site in a wash of warm and inviting beige-tones. This was the first step in creating a more natural and welcoming environment for the user to explore, learn, and begin to treat their heath needs.
UX Milestones
The relationship between company and customer in this case was one of valued trust. To ensure continued trust between CNP and their customers, we reorganized the hierarchy of products so customers could quickly and accurately find what they’re looking for, and, we made sense of the granular product information being presented on each Product Detail Page. We continued to bolster confidence in customers by showcasing product reviews and adding Q/A functionality to the online store.

With record breaking M-commerce (Mobile) sales each year, mobile-first trends have proven to be crucial in both the design and development of online stores.
